Entretien
Fabriquée en polystyrène résistant aux chocs (HIPS), la chaise d'extérieur Transformer est conçue pour résister aux intempéries tout en étant facile d'entretien. Nettoyez simplement la surface avec un chiffon et de l'eau ; pour les taches plus tenaces, utilisez un savon doux. Évitez les solvants abrasifs ou les produits de nettoyage agressifs, car ils peuvent provoquer une usure prématurée ou une décoloration. Pour protéger votre chaise, tenez-la à l'écart des sources de chaleur directes, comme les feux de camp. Lorsque vous ne l'utilisez pas, recouvrez-la d'une housse de protection spécialement conçue pour l'extérieur. Nice fabrication but I would have preferred a design a bit more organic. It is very 90 degree and flat. Elbow are on bare metal. Cushions are in order.

The quality of the product seems to be sturdy and of good material. It was fairly easy to install everything. Mainly the chairs just had a few bolts. It would have been nice if the table inserts had a place to be stored in the middle of the table vs trying to find a convenient location within the house.
Really the only major complaint we have at this point (only have had the table now for a week) is the extended delay in shipping. We ordered our set in Oct 2024. We were told we would get in Mid November before Thanksgiving. That did not happen. Then we were told by the end of the year. Again not even shown as shipped. Again we were told by the end of Feb. Still the product had not shown on the order as shipped. Finally at the end of the first week of March we got notice that the product had shipped and we would see it within a week. We were at the point that we felt like we had been scammed and there wasn't an actual product to be shipped.
The shipment company was great, better than most, communicated well, showed up on time (towards the beginning of the delivery window instead of after), and had no issues bringing the product into the room I requested.
